Your vote is secret: Vote YES for Unifor
Your vote is completely secret. Only you will know how you voted.
The BC Labour Relations Board has ordered a vote for Amazon YVR2 workers.
Voting opens: Tuesday, July 21 at 3:00 p.m.
Voting closes: Friday, July 24 at noon
The ballot will ask:
“Do you want Unifor, Local 114 to continue to represent you in collective bargaining with your employer?”
We encourage you to Vote YES.
If you felt pressured or intimidated into signing a form to remove the union, signed without fully understanding what it meant, or have simply changed your mind, this is your opportunity to make your own decision privately. When it counts, vote YES for Unifor.
YVR2 workers have fought hard and come too close to collective bargaining to throw it all away now. Losing the union would only serve Amazon and give the company all the power.
Collective bargaining gives workers the power to negotiate together for better wages, benefits, job security, health and safety protections, and fairness at work.
Important voting information
You will receive an email containing your Voter ID and password.
If you have not received this email by the time voting begins, or if you have difficulty accessing the ballot, contact the BC Labour Relations Board at 604-660-1300 and ask to speak with the Officer responsible for this vote.
The Board is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If necessary, leave a clear and detailed message, and the Officer will contact you when available.
Please do not wait until the last minute to vote or ask for assistance. Voting closes at noon on Friday, July 24.
Now is the time to stand together, support your union, and protect your right to collective bargaining.
Vote YES for Unifor Local 114.
Your vote is secret. Your decision is yours. Your future is worth fighting for.
In solidarity,
