Some people at your workplace have been asking employees to sign a Form 33A in support of revoking Unifor Local 114 as your bargaining representative.

If you signed a Form 33A but have since changed your mind, you have the right to withdraw your support. You can sign a new form join.unifor.org/yvr2_revocation that allows you to advise the British Columbia Labour Relations Board that you no longer support the revocation effort and that you want to continue to be represented by Unifor Local 114.

We've heard from some workers who felt pressured to sign, signed without fully understanding what the document was for, or simply changed their mind after learning more about what it means. Whatever your reason, you have the right to change your decision.

Simply complete the form, sign and date it. It will be sent to the British Columbia Labour Relations Board. This is a confidential process.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your Unifor representative. We are committed to ensuring every employee can make their own decision freely, without pressure or intimidation.

This is process is 100% CONFIDENTIAL
